What I offer

I deliver sessions for people of all ages and at any level of movement experience. These sessions will enable you to tap into your own creativity, self expression and deepen your sense of embodiment. These can be held online or in-person.

Corporate and Workplace Wellness 

I create tailor-made programmes that suit my client’s individual workplaces and workforces. Sessions are designed to unwind the body and reset the mind so that employees can return to work feeling productive and relaxed. Sessions include a blend of calming breathwork, accessible yoga and simple and joyful movement sequences. 

 

Embodied Movement Coaching

In a world where most of us spend our lives in front of screens, it can be easy to feel alienated from our bodies. When we listen to our own bodies, we can move through the world with clarity, ease and purpose.

If you want to reconnect with your body - I hold private one-to-one sessions which explore movement, dance, breathwork and ancient yogic practices, based on clients’ needs and interests. These can be one-off or following a multiple-week coaching programme.

Care-Homes and Health Settings

I also provide bespoke dance, movement and yoga programmes in care-home settings and for other health providers such as in hospices or hospitals. 

My extensive experience and training in inclusion, community practice and dementia-specific movement practice allow me to deliver appropriate and engaging experiences for residents.
